Kharkiv National Medical University (KNMU) Ukraine is one of the oldest universities in Ukraine. It was founded in 1805 as Kharkiv University Faculty of Medicine. Currently, approximately 3,400 international medical students are studying at Kharkiv National Medical University in the Preparatory Department, Faculties of Medicine, Nursing and Dentistry, which offer postgraduate and postgraduate clinical courses (residencies) in university departments and a periodic professional examination.
