About Us
Kharkiv National Medical University (KNMU) Ukraine is one of the oldest higher education institutions in Ukraine. It was established in 1805 as an institution of the Medical Faculty of the Kharkiv University the university was later changed to Kharkiv Medical Institute, and Kharkiv State Medical University in the year 1805 and now it's Kharkiv National Medical University (KNMU). KNMU. Kharkiv National Medical University is the top medical school in Ukraine for students from abroad to pursue a medical degree in Ukraine. The past few years the past, this University was the most prestigious medical school in Ukraine. The degree of MBBS (MD General Medicine, BDS - Dentistry Pharmacy, Nursing) at Kharkov National Medical University is well-known and is a prestigious degree that is acknowledged throughout the world.
Admission Guidelines
We choose applicants who have demonstrated academic excellence and a strong desire in becoming doctors. Candidates must satisfy all their MD Program admission requirements. There are various academic requirements, but first of all, we look for the following subjects like Biology, Chemistry, Physics grades and English requirements.
The requirements for age for applicants who can be admitted range from 16 to 25 years old.
Students accepted to the program must possess adequate financial resources because there isn’t any regular scholarship program regardless of the country of origin. If you are an international student, you'll be charged international fees. The annual fee is combined, and is added to the total amount for six consecutive years. The tuition is the same throughout all the years during your time taking part in the program.

In order to apply international application should contact admission department by emailinfo@ksmu.kharkov.ua:

International passport or birth certificate
The documents scanned must be sent via email to the evaluation of eligibility, for admission confirmation and assistance in registration to the university. In the event of being eligible students is issued with an admission confirmation LETTER and other information regarding enrolment.
The next step of the application is to submit an INVITATION Letter, which is a unique document issued by Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and has to be sent to the student's residence address to submit the student visa applications to the Embassy of Ukraine.
