The University

Kharkiv International Medical University is one of the top medical schools in Ukraine. It is well-known internationally for its low-cost medical training in Ukraine. The school offers a six-year programme consisting of MBBS for students in Ukraine with the English language. KhIMU is not restricted to accepting admission of Ukrainian medical students, but also medical students from other countries as well.

In 2018, the university was established. Kharkiv International Medical University was established in 2018. It is the first university that is international located in Kharkiv city in Ukraine. A few international students who want to pursue MBBS from Ukraine were admitted to the university. Kharkiv International Medical University is the top Medical University in Ukraine.

Since its inception the university has offered the opportunity to learn in a variety of areas of study.

Students from all over the globe have travelled to Kharkiv to pursue a degree in medical studies in Ukraine. KhIMU is recognized as a medical school by the Medical Council of India and is also included on the World Directory of Medical Schools (WDOMS). Additionally, the school is recognized by the Foundation for the Advancement of International Medical Education and Research (FAIMER). The university is currently active in the Association for Medical Education in Europe (AMEE).

The university is an autonomous institution that is accredited through the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

At KhIMU students are encouraged to be focused on their research, studies, and practice. After graduation, medical students receive the degree, which is recognized worldwide. When they graduate of Kharkiv International Medical University, students are eligible to employ themselves in Ukraine or any other part or regions of Europe as well as India. Students are also able to be employed in any country in the world if they pass of the medical license specific to the country exam.

Eligibility Criteria for MBBS

To be admitted to the MBBS Program of Kharkiv International Medical University students must pass NEET-UG (National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Undergraduate).

In addition to NEET-UG, there's no requirement for an additional entrance test.
