KHARKIV INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL UNIVERSITY – About us

It was established in the year 2018. Kharkiv International Medical University is one of the most modern and top private medical colleges to offer the MBBS program located in Ukraine. Like the name suggests, the university is situated in Kharkiv which is where two additional universities are situated - Kharkiv National Medical School and VN Karazin Kharkiv National University. This is the initial International Medical University in Ukraine. Although it is only a few years old the degree that will be conferred from Kharkiv International Medical University is recognised worldwide. The length of the course is six years, and the entire program is taught in English language. The local languages will be taught by the university starting from the first year at the beginning of the course. Many Indian students are currently studying at the university. About the university - Kharkiv International Medical University aims to offer a holistic health science education to students. Over 100 Indian students are currently enrolled at the university. The orbit guide’s co-founder has visited the university in July 2021. The facilities are impressive and unique from all different universities across Ukraine. Kharkiv International Medical University is designed to be a modern university equipped with the most modern technologies for learning and teaching. It provides innovative teaching techniques and early interaction with patients. Because the university has great connections to local clinics and hospitals It also offers plenty of practice-based training. In fact, the final year is devoted to hands-on instruction. Students are directly working under the supervision of medical professionals in clinics.

The university is situated in Kharkiv in eastern Ukraine. Kharkiv is the town that has the largest number of Indians as well as foreign students studying in Ukraine. Kharkiv is the second biggest cities in Ukraine with more than 15 lakhs. Students will have facilities for hostels as well as an Indian mess is also available to students.

Hostel Facility

Kharkiv International Medical University offers the guarantee of accommodation for all new students. The hostel rooms are furnished and have 24-hour security and emergency assistance. Students can choose between two, three or four-seater rooms. The rooms will be charged at different rates. The rooms are equipped with WiFi. Since the rooms are decorated, they are fitted with beds, mattresses, cushions, heaters, lights and more. Students can also opt to stay outside of the hostel after the first year by leasing an apartment.
