On the 24th of December of 2020 Kharkiv International Medical University received a certificate of international Institutional Accreditation. In accordance with the decision from the Accreditation Committee of the independent Agency for Accreditation & Rating (NAAR), Kharkiv International Medical University is in compliance with the prerequisites to be accredited.

NAAR recognizes NAAR by the World Federation of Medical Education (WFME) as a registered institution in the European Register of Quality Assurance in Higher Education (EQAR) and is a member of the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA). NAAR International Accreditation provides students with the possibility of recognizing the degree of HMMU in other countries for further studies and job opportunities.
